For over ten years, I have been in possession of this magazine. I finally got around to having a friend scan this small article as mostly written by Bonnie Bannon, my (late) Grandmother. I say mostly because there are a few errors in it that I and at least one other family member see. It is my understanding now, that Editors back in the day used to "tweak" a submitted article sometimes. That doesn't mean that it isn't a fun article to read, just that it might not be completely factual. I hope that you enjoy it.
