Here is yet another online purchase (I think). I saw this movie on TCM once, and while I remember little about it, little is an apt description of Bonnie's part. As I recall, I believe this to have been a fluffy. Don Ameche movie.

Is that really a dress? From "Golddigger's of 1933"

And yet another little gem that I acquired on Ebay in the last year or so. Like the header says, it is a publicity photo from "Golddigger's of 1933". They got a goodly amount of mileage out of this photo as I have seen old newspaper articles that have used it as a "stock" photo when writing about her. You can go most any day to Ebay and see an artist's rendition of this photo that was used as a lobby card. You need only search "Gold digger's of 1933" to see it. It will usually be a cool little mini-poster (14x16) I think. I saw a genuine, 6 foot original go for about 6000 dollars a few years ago. I think this "dress" is just some sheer material that they pinned on her...... There really isn't that much to it.
